ABOUT Dawn Waters Baker:
Dawn was born and raised in the Philippines as a child of missionaries and counts it a privilege to
have been raised by a strong faith and two cultures. It was during her childhood that she learned to
draw and paint. During her college years she learned to communicate feelings on canvas. Dawn
graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 1998, Magna Cum Laude, with a BA in Fine Arts. She
currently resides in Garland, Texas with her husband, Kendrick, and daughter, Myla.
